I’m always on the lookout for ways to add extra nourishment into my meals — especially breakfast. Inspired by Jamie Oliver’s Granola Dust, I made my own version last year and honestly? It’s been a staple ever since. So I had to share it again for anyone who missed it the first time around!
This stuff is a superfood blend — packed with oats, nuts, seeds, fruit, and a hint of cocoa — and it’s incredibly versatile. I make a big batch and keep it in an airtight container so I can sprinkle goodness into breakfasts and snacks all week long.
Why You’ll Love Granola Dust:
- Packed with nutrients: fibre, healthy fats, protein & antioxidants
- Tastes chocolatey and slightly sweet (no added sugar!)
- Incredibly versatile — use it in porridge, pancakes, muffins & more
- Kid-approved and easy to make
- Batch-prep friendly — stores for up to a month

How to Use It:
This isn’t just for pouring over milk or yoghurt (though it’s so good that way!). Here are some of my favourite ways to enjoy it:
- Swap some flour in pancakes or muffins
- Stir it into porridge while it cooks
- Sprinkle over yoghurt and fruit
- Whisk into warm milk for a comforting, oaty hot chocolate-style drink
- Or simply enjoy it as a cereal with milk — warm or cold

Let’s Keep Nourishing Ourselves 💛
We’re all doing our best to eat well and fuel our bodies — and little things like this make a big difference. Granola Dust is such an easy way to sneak in extra fibre, good fats, and energy — without even thinking about it.
