Granola Dust
This homemade superfood blend combines toasted oats, a mix of nuts and seeds, dried fruit, and a hint of cocoa for a naturally sweet and chocolatey flavour. It’s super versatile — perfect to sprinkle over yoghurt or porridge, mix into pancake or muffin batter- an easy, tasty way to nourish your body throughout the week with minimal effort.

- 500 g porridge oats
- 150 g unsalted mixed nuts, such as walnuts, Brazils, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews
- 50 g mixed seeds, such as chia, poppy, sunflower, sesame, linseed, pumpkin, hemp
- 125 g mixed dried fruit, such as, cranberries, dates,sour cherries, mango, apricots, figs, sultanas
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- **I added hazelnuts cashews, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp, dried dates and raisins
Preheat the oven 170ºc fan. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
Measure the oats, nuts, seeds onto the tray.
Toast in the oven for 30 minutes checking halfway through. They should be lightly toasted all over.
‼️Leave to cool completely. This is important!!
Add the dried fruit and blend in a powerful blender until it turns to dust- I used my Ninja Nutri Blender @ninjakitchenie.
Store in an airtight container for 1 month.
