Homemade ice pops are so quick and easy to make!! Especially if you have these ice pop moulds. My kids love them and so do all their friends in the neighbourhood!
When the weather gets warm, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a cold, fruity treat to cool off. These Fruity Ice Pops are the perfect solution! Not only are they a fun and colourful snack, but they’re also packed with nutritious fruits, making them a healthier alternative to store-bought ice-pops that are often loaded with artificial ingredients and added sugars.
Why You’ll Love These Fruity Ice Pops:
- Natural Sweetness: The sweetness comes from the fruits themselves, so you can feel good about enjoying them without any added refined sugar.
- Vibrant Colors: These pops are not only delicious but also visually stunning. The rich reds, oranges, yellows, and blues make them as much of a feast for the eyes as for the taste buds.
- Simple and Customisable: With just a handful of ingredients and minimal prep work, these popsicles are a breeze to make. Plus, you can adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding honey or maple syrup.
- Healthy Ingredients: Packed with antioxidant-rich berries, vitamin C from citrus fruits, and fiber from apples and bananas, these pops are a wholesome treat you can feel good about.
Creative Variations: Feel free to experiment with different fruits or even add in some greens like spinach or kale to sneak in extra nutrients for the little ones. You can also mix and match the layers based on your favourite fruits.

Go-to recipe in my household thanks Lou! My two request ice lollies everyday and with these they can! We don’t find it needs any added sweetener. Cheaper and healthier than buying from the shops. Easy too. Great way of using up over ripe bananas! 🍌
Thanks Sarah thats so great to hear! They are just the best and so much better that shop bought. As you say a great way to use up bananas! Lou x
