Fruity Ice Pops

When the weather gets warm, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a cold, fruity treat to cool off. These Fruity Ice Pops are the perfect solution! Not only are they a fun and colourful snack, but they’re also packed with nutritious fruits, making them a healthier alternative to store-bought ice-pops that are often loaded with artificial ingredients and added sugars.
**NB: Multiply the recipe manually, the tabs don't work unfortunately

Ingredients
  

  • Red: 1 cup frozen strawberries,½ peeled apple, 150ml water Multiply the recipe manually, the tabs don't work unfortunately
  • Orange: 2 small mandarins peeled,½ cup frozen mango, 3 strawberries, 150ml water
  • Yellow: ½ apple, ½ banana, ¼ cup frozen mango, 150ml water
  • Blue: 1 cup frozen blueberries, ½ banana, 150ml water
  • **Taste and sweeten each with honey or maple if you think it needs it.

Instructions
 

  • Blend :For each flavour, add the corresponding fruits and water, and blend until smooth. If you'd like a bit of extra sweetness, taste each layer and add honey or maple syrup to your liking.
  • Pour the pop: Once blended, pour the fruit mixtures into ice-pop molds.
  • Freeze and Set: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  • Enjoy: Once frozen solid, carefully remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy your homemade, fruity, and healthy treat!
  • Storage Tips for Fully Fruity Pops:
    Freezer Storage:
    Store your popsicles in the freezer for up to 3 months for optimal taste and texture.
    To prevent freezer burn, wrap each ice-pop in parchment paper and place them in a resealable freezer bag or airtight container.
    Keep Them Separate:
    Label ice-pops with, the flavour and date of freezing.
