What is mince meat?
I used a jar of mince meat from Aldi—just check for allergens as some contain nuts. For those new to mince meat, it’s a mix of cooked dried fruit and warming spices, traditionally used in small pastry pies. These muffins are a lighter, quicker way to enjoy the flavour of mince pies and Christmas cake without the stress!
I hope you enjoy baking these Christmas Mince Pie Muffins as much as we do! They’re quick, delicious, and perfect for sharing with friends and family throughout the festive season.
