Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt Bites
Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt Bites are a super simple, no-bake summer treat that’s healthy, kid-friendly, and ready in minutes. Made with fresh strawberries, high-protein Greek yoghurt, and melted chocolate, these bites are perfect for warm days, easy to customise, and much better than store-bought snacks.

Freeze time 1 hour hr
Total Time 1 hour hr 20 minutes mins
- 6 strawberries- sliced into 18 round pieces
- 6 tablespoons yoghurt - I used a quality greek yoghurt with high protein
- 3/4 cup 100g chocolate chips - melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts optional - almonds hazelnuts work well
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. (make sure the tray will fit in the freezer)
Place the strawberry pieces on the tray, 3 per bite. Space them apart.
Spoon on the yoghurt, use the back of the spoon to smooth out.
Melt the chocolate, I melt mine in the microwave, 30 seconds, then check it every 10 seconds, pour in the chopped nuts and stir well. Spoon the nutty melted chocolate over the yoghurt.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
Tip: They can be a bit tricky for kids to hold, so add an ice pop stick to the middle of the bites and then freeze them, so they can hold it using a stick once frozen.
Storage: If not eating that day, store in an airtight container in the freezer for 3 months. Yoghurt will not be soft like ice cream but it will soften as it melts and its a delicious treat.
