Breakfast Boost Waffles
These Breakfast Boost Waffles are quick, easy, and packed with nutrition. Perfect for busy mornings, they’re freezer-friendly and work as waffles or pancakes.

- 150 g self raising flour or plain flour sieved with 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp ground nuts or seeds
- 300 ml milk - a dash more if needed
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter melted
Preheat the waffle maker.
Measure the self raising flour, wholemeal flour, baking powder and breakfast boost into a large bowl. Mix well.
Measure the milk and eggs into a jug, whisk to combine.
Pour the milk mix into the bowl with the dry ingredients gently mix until the flour is incorporated, it may have lumps that’s fine. Don’t over mix. Finally stir in the melted butter.
Spray the waffle maker with oil. Scoop a large dollop, equal to 2 dessert spoons of mix per waffle, cook for a few minutes until golden. Serve with yoghurt and fresh berries.
Storage: Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
