2-ingredient chocolate mousse
This quick 2-ingredient chocolate mousse is made with silken tofu, creating a creamy, rich dessert that’s surprisingly healthy. It’s so easy to make that it’s practically foolproof — simply blend, chill, and enjoy.

- 300 g silken tofu
- 100 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate add 2 tbsp of maple if using dark chocolate
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over simmering water. If using the microwave, check every 20 seconds and stir well.
Add the silken tofu to a smoothie blender, or similar along with the melted chocolate.
Blend and pour into small pots or glasses.
Pop into the fridge for 6 hours to set properly.
Serve with vanilla yoghurt and berries
Keep in the fridge for 3 days.
Freeze: This mousse is suitable for freezing, it may be a bit grainy, but still really good to eat. Defrost in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day.
