Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats**(rolled or quick oats) (or substitute gluten free oats)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • All in one: Add all the ingredients into a powerful blender and blend until smooth

  • Cook the Pancakes. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve and Enjoy! Stack the pancakes on a plate and serve warm. They’re great on their own, but you can add toppings like fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, or a spoonful of yogurt for extra flavour.
