Peanut & Oat Bliss Balls

Quick, no-bake Peanut & Oat Bliss Balls – just 5 ingredients! High in protein and fibre, kid-approved, portable, and perfect for snacks, lunchboxes, or on-the-go.

I love a no-bake treat, especially when time isn’t on my side but we still want something tasty, delicious, and nutritious. These Peanut & Oat Bliss Balls are quick, easy, and perfect for busy days.

I always bring a few of these bliss balls when I’m out and about — whether it’s just me in town or collecting the kids from training. They’re quick, portable, and satisfying, making them my go-to snack for busy days. They also save a stop at the shop for something processed and are more budget-friendly too!

Why You’ll Love These Peanut & Oat Bliss Balls

  • Only 5 ingredients – simple and store-cupboard friendly.
  • High in protein and fibre – keeps energy levels up and cravings at bay.
  • No-bake & fuss-free – perfect when you don’t want to heat up the kitchen.
  • Kid-approved – my two absolutely love them!
  • On-the-go snack – great for busy days out, school, or training sessions.

Tip: I recommend doubling the recipe — they’re so good, they disappear fast!

Getting the kids in the kitchen

These bliss balls are great for getting kids involved, especially slightly older ones. Once the ingredients are mixed together, the kids can help with weighing and rolling the balls, which they absolutely love. Because they’re completely hand rolled, it’s a really simple and fun way for children to get involved in the kitchen.

I really enjoy getting the kids in the kitchen. My mum cooked with us so much when we were growing up, and it’s what fuelled my love and passion for home cooking. I hope to share the same experiences with my own children, encouraging them to enjoy cooking while also learning what goes into their food. It’s fun, educational, and creates memories that last a lifetime.

These Peanut & Oat Bliss Balls are the perfect no-bake treat for busy days, whether it’s a snack on the go, a lunchbox addition, or a fun activity with the kids.
