- 1 pack ready-rolled puff pastry (320g)
- 200 g 200g cream cheese (¾ cup)
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1 medium carrot, grated (100g or 1 cup)
- 100 g grated cheese (cheddar and mozzarella mix works great) (1 cup)
- 1 egg, whisked (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
