Easy Butter Bean Dip

- 1 can butter beans 400g drained
- 1 small garlic clove peeled and grated more or less depending on your love of garlic
- ½ lemon juice only
- 1 heaped tablespoon light tahini - optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste add a small pinch to start, and more if needed
- 1-2 tablespoons boiled water
Measure all the ingredients into a blender. Blend, add more boiled water if needed.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Transfer to a container.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days. Divide into small tubs and freeze for 3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight.
