We love these they are so quick and easy to make! And who doesn’t love a sweet, nutty snack? These Snickers Bites pack all the indulgence of the classic chocolate bar into a healthier, bite-sized treat. Perfect for busy parents, post-workout snacks, or for an afterschool snack. With just a handful of wholesome ingredients, you’ll have 18 delicious bites ready in no time!

Ingredients
- 100 g regular oats (substitute gluten free oats to make gluten free)
- 50 g pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 100 g peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 dates chopped and soaked in boiling water
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp boiling water
- 100 g chocolate chips (substitute dairy free chocolate to make dairy free)
- Chocolatey Mix Sprinkles to decorate
Instructions
Blend the Base
- In a food processor, briefly blend the oats and seeds until coarse.
- Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, softened dates, and honey. Blend again.
- Slowly add 1–2 tablespoons of boiling water and blend until the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Add the chocolate chips and pulse one last time to combine.
Roll the Bites
- Scoop or spoon the mixture onto a tray.
- Roll each portion into a ball with your hands.
- Pour the sprinkles into small bowls. Wet your hands lightly, roll each ball in water, and coat with sprinkles.
